1. Choose the natural reclaimed rubber

One is the color: under normal circumstances, black reclaimed latex rubber can be used for black molded sponge rubber, white reclaimed latex rubber or colored latex reclaimed rubber for light and colored sponge rubbers, and the price ratio of black latex reclaimed rubber with the same index The price of white natural reclaimed rubber is low. The second is mechanical strength: selecting latex reclaimed rubber that is close to the tensile strength, elongation at break, and constant elongation stress of the finished molded sponge rubber can increase the amount of reclaimed rubber. The third is environmental protection requirements: if the molded sponge rubber is environmentally friendly and tasteless, you should choose environmentally friendly reclaimed latex rubber or odorless natural reclaimed rubber. 2. Replacement ratio of natural reclaimed rubber

In actual production, 15 parts of natural reclaimed rubber can replace about 10 parts of natural rubber. 3. Properly adjust the vulcanization formula

When using natural reclaimed rubber to reduce the production cost of molded sponge rubber, it is necessary to appropriately adjust the rubber formula, especially the vulcanization formula, to match the foaming speed. In actual production, when using 22LYY15 latex reclaimed rubber alone or using natural rubber/natural reclaimed rubber and rubber to prepare molded sponge rubber, the foaming system usually chooses foaming agent H and baking soda; sulfur-accelerator is recommended for the vulcanization system For the system, it is recommended to use accelerator M as the main vulcanizing agent, with a small amount of accelerator DM and a very small amount of accelerator TT.

4. Strictly control the rubber mixing process
