Natural rubber has good elasticity and high mechanical strength, but it has poor heat-resistant oxygen aging and ozone resistance. The V-belt shrink layer rubber needs to be continuously subjected to compression and stretching, which is prone to flex fatigue and aging cracking. The manufacturer can usually adjust the type and amount of each compounding agent in the natural rubber/recycled rubber triangle belt formula to improve the aging resistance of the compression layer rubber.

1. Use anti-aging agent

Rubber anti-aging agent can significantly delay the aging time of rubber products and prolong the service life. 2. Use semi-reinforcing carbon black

Semi-reinforcing carbon black is a combination of reinforcing and filling in natural rubber. It is a kind of soft carbon black.
