100 parts of EPDM rubber, 20 parts of EPDM rubber powder, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1 part of antioxidant RD, 70 parts of carbon black N650, 130 parts of carbon black N774, 130 parts of paraffin oil , 5 parts of low molecular polyethylene, 0.8 parts of accelerator CZ, 1 part of accelerator DM, 0.8 part of accelerator TL, 0.8 part of accelerator TMTD, 1.25 parts of sulfur; total: 466.65 parts. Vulcanized rubber indicators: hardness 70 degrees, 100% tensile stress 3.4MPa, tensile strength 9.4MPa, elongation at break 390%.
3. Raw materials and properties of EPDM powder
At present, most EPDM rubber powders on the market are processed from waste EPDM sealing strips, which retain the basic performance characteristics of EPDM rubber and have excellent aging resistance. 4. Skills of mixing EPDM powder with rubber sealing strip
When using EPDM powder to reduce the production cost of rubber sealing strips, the fineness and dosage of the ethylene propylene rubber powder will affect the appearance, performance and life of the finished sealing strip.
