Mixed with Hongyun EPDM recycled rubber powder to produce cable sheath reference vulcanization formula:

60 parts of EPDM recycled rubber powder, 20 parts of EPDM rubber, 1 part of N550 carbon black, 30 parts of rubber reinforcing agent, 1 part of gumaron, 15 parts of paraffin oil, 0.5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.5 parts of stearic acid, 2 parts of sulfur, 1 part of vulcanization accelerator, and an appropriate amount of foaming agent. The vulcanization temperature is about 165 °C, and the vulcanization time is self-adjusted.
