If the rubber V-belt has requirements for odorless and environmental protection, it is necessary to choose odorless latex reclaimed rubber and environmentally friendly latex reclaimed rubber.

(1) Vulcanization system: when latex reclaimed rubber is used in combination with natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or neoprene to produce rubber V with cord layer rubber, the accelerator is generally used in combination with M and DM or CZ and NOBS; When the dosage of styrene-butadiene rubber is large, the dosage of accelerator can be appropriately increased. The amount of sulfur in the formula of V-band cord rubber produced by pure natural rubber is about 2.7 parts, and 1.5 to 2.0 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber. If natural rubber, natural reclaimed rubber, and styrene-butadiene rubber are used in the formula at the same time, the amount of sulfur is calculated proportionally.

Appropriately increase the amount of zinc oxide in the vulcanization system, 10-15 parts, which can improve the thermal conductivity of the rubber compound.

(2) Reinforcing filling system: It is recommended that semi-reinforcing carbon black be used as a reinforcing agent, combined with high wear-resistant carbon black.

(3) Softening plasticizing system: add aromatic oil, pine tar, solid coumaron resin, and benzofuran resin in an appropriate amount to improve the adhesion of natural latex-containing reclaimed rubber compounds.
