1. Hardness is about 30 degrees

2. Hardness is about 40 degrees

Dark butyl rubber compound: 100 parts of butyl rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 30 parts of Skyeye Tiger N330, 25 parts of naphthenic oil, 1 part of accelerator DM, 2 parts of accelerator TL, 1 part of sulfur; 164 parts in total.

Light-colored butyl rubber compound: 100 parts of butyl rubber, 20 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.5 part of antioxidant D, 5 parts of paraffin, 40 parts of white carbon black, 15 parts of lithopone, 0.1 part of orange, 15 parts of petroleum jelly, 2 parts of accelerator DM, 1.5 parts of accelerator TMTD, 0.7 parts of sulfur; a total of 200.8 parts.

3. The hardness is about 50 degrees

100 parts of butyl rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 50 parts of carbon black N330, 25 parts of naphthenic oil, 1 part of accelerator DM, 1.9 parts of accelerator TL, 1.5 parts of sulfur; 185.4 parts in total.

4. The hardness is about 60 degrees

100 parts of butyl rubber, 0.5 parts of stearic acid, 2 parts of paraffin wax, 3 parts of carbon black N330, 45 parts of white carbon black, 10 parts of clay, 8 parts of 2402 resin, 6 parts of stannous chloride; 174.5 parts in total.

5. Hardness is about 70 degrees

100 parts of butyl rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 3 parts of zinc stearate, 45 parts of white carbon black, 90 parts of clay, 3 parts of diethylene glycol, 10 parts of naphthenic oil, 2 parts of accelerator M, and TMTD 1.5 Parts, 1.5 parts of sulfur; 261 parts in total.
