The ultra-fine secondary EPDM recycled rubber is made from high-quality waste EPDM sealing strips as raw material. It is manufactured through processes such as selection, crushing, desulfurization, and refining. It features high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, fine particle size, odorlessness, non-migration, good flowability, simple open-mill processing, and a smooth, glossy product surface. It can be used alone or in combination with virgin EPDM rubber to produce various extruded and molded rubber products. After being used by hundreds of rubber companies, it can reduce raw material costs by an average of about 20% and production costs by about 10%.
Applicable products: EPDM sealing strips, EPDM hoses, wire and cable sheaths, waterstop strips, door and window seals, conveyor belts, sports facilities, and anti-corrosion linings, as well as other EPDM rubber products.
