4. Recipe design skills for natural rubber/reclaimed rubber to produce different colors of strip adhesive

(1) Rubber raw materials: Natural rubber can be used together with white latex reclaimed rubber and colored latex reclaimed rubber to produce white, light-colored and colored perimeter rubber, or with black latex reclaimed rubber and tire tread reclaimed rubber 2ELYY712 to produce black perimeter rubber , and effectively reduce the cost of raw materials on the premise of ensuring product quality.

(2) Rubber accessories: When natural rubber/reclaimed rubber is combined with rubber to produce shoe material strip rubber, sulfur-accelerator system, M+DM+D, is generally used; zinc oxide and stearic acid are used as active agents. Generally, black fence rubber is reinforced with carbon black with low reinforcing performance and filled with a large amount of inert fillers to improve the fatigue resistance of the rubber compound. The light-colored strip glue is mostly calcium carbonate, and an appropriate amount of lithopone is added. Use non-polluting antioxidants with good resistance to flex fatigue and sunlight aging. (3) Colorants: When using natural rubber/reclaimed rubber and rubber to produce strip glue, the selection of colorants is very important, especially for light-colored strips, choose strong tinting strength, bright color, non-migration, high temperature resistance, Anti-aging agent for steam resistance, non-discoloration and sunlight resistance; to improve the vividness of the color strip adhesive, an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide can be added; the commonly used inorganic colorants are chrome yellow, chrome green, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, etc.; organic The colorants include rubber scarlet, Lissol red, light fast yellow, Hansa yellow, phthalocyanine green, phthalocyanine blue, etc.
