After nitrile reclaimed rubber is used in combination with 20%-40% polyvinyl chloride, the blended material has good oil resistance, elasticity, ozone resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance, and can be directly used in the production of various rubber products, or Replace part of neoprene, improve rubber extrusion performance, vulcanization safety, and reduce costs. In actual production, due to the difference in molecular structure and performance characteristics of nitrile reclaimed rubber and polyvinyl chloride, the processing characteristics of the two raw materials and the performance requirements of the product should be comprehensively considered when selecting the complex agent.

1. Nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material vulcanization system

Sulfur vulcanization systems are commonly used for nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blending materials. Use accelerator M or accelerator DM with sulfur; accelerator TMTD and accelerator DPG promote the decomposition of polyvinyl chloride and should be avoided. Because zinc oxide 2LLYY1211 will also promote the decomposition of PVC, the amount of zinc oxide used as an active agent is generally controlled below 5 parts; if necessary, magnesium carbonate and lead oxide can be used as an active agent.

2. Reinforcement system of nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material

Thermally cracked carbon black is generally used in nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blends. The increase in the amount of reinforcing carbon black will result in faster damage to the blend under high deformation conditions. Nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blending materials can be used to reinforce white carbon black when preparing light-colored products. For non-reinforced rubber fillers, calcium carbonate, clay, etc. are recommended. Reasonable control of the amount of non-reinforcing rubber filler can reduce the shrinkage and Mooney viscosity of the nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC semi-finished product, and improve the elasticity and low temperature performance.

3. Softening system of nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material

In actual production, nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend materials can use titanate, adipate, sebacate, phosphate, glycerin, citrate, polyester, etc. as softening plasticizers . To improve the low-temperature performance of the nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC compound, it is necessary to select a plasticizer with a high volatile point, a low freezing point, and a moderate molecular weight. The ester polar plasticizer is more suitable, such as dioctyl ester. When calcium carbonate is selected as the filler of nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material, dioctyl phthalate, trimethylbenzyl phosphate, liquid chlorinated biphenyl, etc. can be selected as plasticizers.

4. Anti-aging system for nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material

Nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC compound rubber has a better protection effect when using phenolic antioxidants. It can be used with non-water-soluble chelating agents and can also be complexed with barium-cadmium systems that stabilize the polyvinyl chloride phase. Avoid using amine antioxidants that can promote the thermal decomposition of PVC. In the nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC material, stabilizers can also be used in an appropriate amount, and the effect of zinc salt is better.

The nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC blend material has good comprehensive performance, low production cost, and can prepare cost-effective rubber products with stable performance, low cost and long life. It is widely used in the rubber product industry. In actual production, nitrile rubber can also be used in an appropriate amount in the nitrile reclaimed rubber/PVC material to further improve the physical properties of the blend material.
