1. Amine antioxidants

Amine antioxidant molecules contain amino groups or their derivative groups, which mainly play an anti-aging role through the following effects: first, they can capture the free radicals generated by polymer materials in the oxidation process and prevent the free radical chain reaction, thereby inhibiting the continued development of oxidation reaction; Second, it can decompose the peroxide produced during the aging process of polymer materials, so that it loses the ability to initiate oxidation reaction.

Nitrile recycled rubber products are commonly used as antioxidants

The amine antioxidants commonly used in the production of nitrile reclaimed rubber products include antioxidant RD, antioxidant D, antioxidant BLE, antioxidant 4010NA, antioxidant NBC, antioxidant 4020, antioxidant H, etc. Antioxidant D, antioxidant RD and antioxidant BLE have good thermal and oxidative aging resistance, antioxidant 4010NA has significant ozone aging resistance, antioxidant 4010 has good anti-fatigue aging effect, antioxidant 4010 and antioxidant H can significantly improve the fatigue aging resistance of rubber products.

Antioxidant BLE and antioxidant D have good protective effect on nitrile reclaimed rubber vulcanized rubber using high sulfur or low sulfur vulcanization system.

2. Phenolic antioxidants

Phenolic antioxidants are compounds that contain phenolic groups in their molecular structure, which allow them to interrupt the oxidation chain reaction in the aging process of rubber by capturing free radicals, and are usually non-polluting, do not change color, and do not pollute rubber products.

Oil-resistant nitrile reclaimed rubber

The phenolic antioxidants commonly used in the production of nitrile recycled rubber products include antioxidant 264, antioxidant 2246, antioxidant SP, etc. Antioxidant 2246 has a good protective effect on the thermal-oxidative aging and metal-catalyzed aging of rubber. Antioxidant 264 has certain antioxidant properties and has a certain protective effect on the thermal and oxidative aging of rubber; Antioxidant SP has a protective effect on the thermal and oxidative aging of rubber. When using nitrile reclaimed rubber to produce light-colored rubber products, phenolic antioxidants are commonly used.

3. Other antioxidants

Antioxidant MB has a good protective effect on the thermal and oxidative aging of rubber and copper damage, and antioxidant AW can prevent rubber products from cracking due to ozone, especially suitable for rubber products used under dynamic conditions.
