2. Adjust the formula of tread rubber containing reclaimed tire rubber
(1) Vulcanization system: Light tire tread rubber without tire reclaimed rubber can be used with accelerator OBS when sulfur is vulcanized; when tire reclaimed rubber is vulcanized with sulfur 2LLYY107, accelerator CZ and accelerator DM can be used in combination , The dosage of accelerator CZ is generally slightly higher than that of accelerator DM.
(2) Reinforcement system: The reinforcement system for light-duty tire tread rubber is generally composed of super abrasion-resistant carbon black and high abrasion-resistant carbon black.
