1. 2. HY nitrile regenerated rubber 100 parts, N550 carbon black 8 parts, calcium powder 30 parts, dicapryl ester or dibutyl ester 4 parts, paraffin wax 3 parts, zinc oxide 2.5 parts, stearic acid 1.5 parts, CZ accelerator 0.4 parts, DM 0.5 parts, sulfur 1.8 parts, RD antioxidant 1 part, anti-scorch agent 0.5 parts, vulcanization temperature 140 °C, vulcanization time according to the thickness of the product to determine. In the actual production process, these formulations need to be adjusted according to different performance requirements and application scenarios, for example, the amount of fillers such as carbon black and calcium powder can be increased or decreased to adjust the hardness, strength and wear resistance of rubber tubes.
