The inner layer of ordinary hose is generally processed with natural rubber/synthetic rubber and rubber as raw materials, and an appropriate amount of latex reclaimed rubber is used to effectively reduce the cost of raw materials.
When natural rubber/synthetic rubber/latex reclaimed rubber are used together to prepare the inner layer of ordinary hoses, sulfur/thiazole accelerators/sulfenamide accelerators are generally used in the vulcanization system; the amount of sulfur is generally controlled at 1.5-2.5 parts, and the amount of latex reclaimed rubber When higher, the dosage of sulfur and accelerator can be appropriately increased. It needs to meet the requirements of the use environment and working conditions, such as good wear resistance, tear resistance, weather resistance, etc. Neoprene 2ELYY921 or natural rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber is processed with rubber as raw material; an appropriate amount of latex reclaimed rubber can be mixed, and the overall rubber content of the formula is controlled at about 35%.
