Case Background: Liaoning Chaoyang XX Rubber Products Factory is a rubber products company specializing in car inner tubes. Their main products include car butyl inner tubes and related rubber products. Previously, the client mainly used butyl rubber as the primary material for inner tube production, achieving good air tightness, heat aging resistance, and flex resistance. However, with butyl rubber prices remaining high, relying entirely on virgin butyl rubber put pressure on the manufacturer’s profits. The extrusion and curing processes showed no obvious abnormalities.
