For isoprene reclaimed rubber products requiring high heat resistance, it is recommended to use an effective vulcanization system (e.g., sulfur donors) or a semi-effective vulcanization system. If the rubber product requires high mechanical strength, a sulfur-accelerator system can be used. Avoid simply increasing the amount of curatives; the sulfur and additive dosage should be adjusted according to the hydrocarbon content of the reclaimed rubber.

When mixing isoprene reclaimed rubber on an open mill, add zinc oxide and fillers first, then accelerators, and add accelerators 1-2 minutes before discharge or after preliminary sheeting.
