1. Advantages of using butyl reclaimed rubber in rubber bulbs

Rubber bulbs require rubber compounds to have good air tightness, elasticity, tear resistance, tensile strength, wear resistance, aging resistance, etc. Butyl reclaimed rubber is processed from waste butyl inner tubes as raw materials, and E5LYY224 retains the basic performance characteristics of butyl rubber, with good air tightness, low air permeability, good heat resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance, and high-quality butyl reclaimed rubber has good elasticity and high strength, and its compatibility with other rubbers is better than that of butyl rubber, and the price is much lower than that of butyl rubber, which can replace butyl rubber to produce rubber balls and reduce costs.

2. The application of butyl reclaimed rubber in rubber bulbs

(1) Use butyl reclaimed rubber alone: rubber balls with low performance can completely use butyl reclaimed rubber instead of butyl rubber, such as ordinary toy balls with slightly lower air tightness and elasticity requirements, which can effectively reduce the cost of raw materials.

(2) Butyl reclaimed rubber and butyl rubber are used together

Butyl reclaimed rubber has good compatibility with butyl rubber, and the production of rubber balls in accordance with a certain proportion can not only ensure the physical characteristics of rubber balls, but also effectively reduce the cost of raw materials, which is a common production method of rubber balls. According to the actual performance requirements of rubber balls, such as air tightness, elasticity, strength, etc., the blending ratio of butyl reclaimed rubber and butyl original rubber should be appropriately adjusted.

(3) Butyl reclaimed rubber and natural rubber are used together: butyl reclaimed rubber can be compatible with natural rubber to achieve process compatibility. The appropriate amount of butyl reclaimed rubber in the production of rubber bulbs with natural rubber as the main raw material can significantly improve the aging resistance, heat resistance and air permeability of the rubber compound, and reduce the cost of raw rubber.

(4) Butyl reclaimed rubber and chlorinated butyl rubber are used together

Chlorinated butyl rubber is prepared by the butyl rubber solution through chlorine gas, the double bond of butyl rubber is basically completely preserved, with the performance characteristics of butyl rubber, low air permeability, heat resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, vulcanization speed is better than butyl rubber, can be used with butyl reclaimed rubber to produce rubber bulbs, improve the performance of rubber processing technology, reduce production costs.

(1) Butyl rubber/butyl reclaimed rubber is used together to produce rubber ball formula

70 parts of butyl rubber, 30 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 45 parts of carbon black N550, 30 parts of carbon black N770, 20 parts of paraffin oil, 3 parts of C5 petroleum resin, 0.5 parts of accelerator M, 1.5 parts of accelerator TMTD, 0.5 parts of accelerator ZDC, 2 parts of sulfur; Total 208.5 copies.

(2) Natural rubber/butyl reclaimed rubber is used to produce rubber ball formula

70 parts of natural rubber, 30 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.5 parts of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of antioxidant SP, 45 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20 parts of magnesium carbonate, 2 parts of coumaron resin, 0.7 parts of accelerator CZ, 0.2 parts of accelerator D, 0.8 parts of accelerator DM, 2.2 parts of sulfur, 0.1 part of salicylic acid; 179 in total.

(3) Chlorobutyl rubber/butyl reclaimed rubber is used to produce rubber ball formula

80 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber, 20 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 2 parts of stearic acid, 2 parts of antioxidant SP, 58 parts of high wear-resistant carbon black, 13 parts of talc, 5 parts of activated calcium carbonate, 15 parts of magnesium carbonate, 3 parts of zinc stearate, 6 parts of paraffin oil, 1 part of accelerator DM, 0.4 parts of accelerator TMTD, 1.6 parts of sulfur; Total 212 copies.
